BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 723

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 22 MAY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 22 May 2019, Wednesday, the City of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental will mark the celebration of the Lubi-Lubi Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Gingoog be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 22 May 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Gingoog.
