PROCLAMATION NO. 725

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 42 DATED JULY 5, 1954 AND THE SERIES OF PERTINENT SUBSEQUENT PROCLAMATION, ESTABLISHING THE NATIONAL ECOLOGY CENTER PURSUANT TO R.A. 9003 AND DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES — NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION AND LAGUNA LAKE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY OFFICE SITE, AND DECLARING OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES. ;

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Department of Environment

and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I,

GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines,

do hereby amend Proclamation No. 42 dated July 5, 1954, and declare parcels of

land subject thereof under the administration and ownership of Department of

Environment and Natural Resources to be known as National Ecology Center and

Department of Environment and Natural Resources — National Capital Region and

Laguna Lake Development Authority Office Site, which is more particularly

described as follows:

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

(Portion of Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-B-3-B-2,Bsd-22015) TCT No. 305409 National Housing Authority (BFD Compound and DENR-NCR Laboratory Site)

A parcel of land being a portion of Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-B-3-B-2,' Bsd-22015 situated in East Triangle Subdivision, Diliman, Quezon City, bounded on the NE, by Lung and Kidney Center of the Philippines, on the SE., by East Avenue; on the SW., by Central Bank property and PAGASA compound and on the NW., by

_ remaining portion of Lot RP-3-B-3-A-1-B-3-B-2, Bsd-22015 containing and area of Forty Five Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Five (45,665) square meters, more or less subject to actual survey.

The National Housing Authority shall convey to Department of Environment and Natural resources the title covering the same at no cost in furtherance of this Proclamation.
