PROCLAMATION NO, 728

GRANTING THE MANILA METROPOLITAN THEATER FOUNDATION, INC,, A NEW PERIOD TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN

WHEREAS,» under Proclamation No, 539, series of 1990, the authority of the Manila Metropolitan Theater Foundation, Inc,, to conduct a national fund campaign was extended until April 19, 1991;

WHEREAS, the Foundation needs a supplementary period to conduct its fund raising activities for its various programs;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C, AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby grant the Manila Metropolitan Theater Foundation, Inc,, a new period from June 1, 1991 to May 31, 1992, to conduct its national fund campaign,

For this purpose, all donations, bequests and gifts received by the Manila Metropolitan Theater Foundation, Inc,., for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the donor for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Sections 94 (a) (3) and (b) €2) and 29 Ch) €2) (C) Cid of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed,
