BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 723

DECLARING FRIDAY, 7 MARCH 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BASILAN

WHEREAS, Friday, 7 March 2014, marks the celebration of the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Basilan:

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Basilan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 7 March 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Basilan.
