BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 729

DECLARING SUNDAY, 27 JULY 2025, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY

WHEREAS, on 27 July 2025, Sunday, the Iglesia ni Cristo will celebrate its Founding Anniversary;

WHEREAS, in order to give the members of Iglesia ni Cristo the full opportunity to participate in the occasion, 27 July 2025, Sunday, may be declared as a special (non-working) day throughout the country;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Sunday, 27 July 2025, a special (non-working) day throughout the country.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
