DECLARING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1999, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, February 3, 1999, marks the 49th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, JOSEPH EJERCITO ESTRADA, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me in Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, February 3, 1999, as a special day in Cabanatuan City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 03rd day of February, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety nine.
