MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 73 DECLARING TUESDAY, 15 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO WHEREAS, the Province of Oriental Mindoro marks its 66*" Foundation Day on Tuesday, 15 November 2016; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Oriental Mindoro be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Tuesday, 15 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
