DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF LAGUNA AND IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, June 19, 1991, marks the 130th birthday of Dr. Jose Rizal, our national hero;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the resi- dents of Laguna, his birthplace, should be given full

Opportunity to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies; ,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 19, 1991, a Special day in the Province of Laguna and in the City of San Pablo.
