BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 731

DECLARING MONDAY, 24 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF MANILA *

WHEREAS, on 24 June 2019, Monday, the City of Manila will mark the celebration of its 448" Foundation Anniversary; and WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Manila be

given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 24 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Manila.
