WHEREAS, Friday, 14 March 2014 marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Passi, lloilo: .
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Passi, lloilo be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
