RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes, under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights if there be any, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Bansalan, province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows: -OlO302-D ,ot 4419-B, Csd- A PARCEL OF LAND, Lot 4419-B, Csd-II--O I 0302-0 equivalent to Lot 21561 (portion of Lot 4419, Cad-275), situated in the Barangay Anonang, Municipality of Bansalan, Province of Oavao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 4419-A, Csd-ll- 010302-0: on !he SE., along line 2-3 by Lot 4380, Cad-275 Sta. Cruz Cadastre; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Road; and on the NW., along line 4-1 by Lot 4418, cad-275. Beginning at a point marked "I" of Lot 4419-B, Csd-II-OI0302-0, being S. 52-23 E., 138.29 from B.L.L.M. 82, Cad-275; thence; S. 26-06 E., 173.83 m. to point 2; S. 57-10 W., 122.09 m. to point 3; N. 32-50 W., 203.01 m. to point 4; N. 69-12 E., 145.68 m. to point 1; 1989. {\ point of beginning.
