PROCLAMATION NO. 734

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 04 DECEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VINTAR, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 04 December 2024, Wednesday, the Municipality of Vintar, Province of Ilocos Norte will celebrate Vintar Day;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Vintar be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 04 December 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Vintar, Province of Ilocos Norte.
