MALACANAN~ MANn.A ,<A F IJ ): 11(, BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 736 DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 1996 AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OFZAMBOANGA WHEREAS, Monday, February 26,1996, marks the 59th Anniversary of the Dia De La Ciudad de Zamboanga (Charter Day) which will be highlighted by a Civic and Cultural Parade; WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Zamboanga City be given the opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, February 26, 1996 as a special day in Zamboanga City.
