BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 737

DECLARING THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CTTY OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, Thursday, June 20, 1991, marks the 32nd Founda- tion Anniversary of the City of Cotabato;

WHEREAS, the people of the City of Cotabato should be give full opportunity to celebrate the day with approprif&te ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Chilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, vo hereby declare Thursday, June 20, 1991, as a special day in the City of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be aftixed.
