PROCLAMATION NO. 738 RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE AURORA NATIONAL AGRICULTURAT, SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MA. SURORA, PROVINCE OF AURORA

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to Section 18 of Presidential Decrem 705, otherwise known as the Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines, as amended, 1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, Prési- dent of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Aurora Natjenal Agricultural School under the administration of the secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private riqhts, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain located in the Municipality of Ma. Aurora, Province of Aurora as shown and described in FMB Map Cit Se. J84, which is more particularly described as follows:

"A parcel of land beginning at a corner "L" at the junetion of Basal River and Cabuaran creek

thence 3 32 degrees 00° E, 680.00 meters to corner 2 thence 5 50 degrees 00' W, 380.00 meters to corner 3 thence $ 85 degrees 00' W, 450.00 meters to corner 4 thence $ 67 degrees 00' W, 170.00 meters to corner 5 thence N 29 degrees 00' W, 600.00 meters to corner 6 thence N QQ) degrees 59' W, 580,00 meters to corner 7 Following Cabuaran creek downstream in general North- east direction of about 200 meters to corner 8 rollowtng Cabuaran creek downstream in general South- east Girection of about 210 meters to corner 9 thence 8 66 degrees 00' E, 410.00 meters to corner 10 thence N 73 degrees 00' BE, 120 meters to point of

beginning, containing an area of NINETY (90) HECTARES here or less.

i. The administration and management of the area covered the reservation shall be jointly under the Department of Navirenment and Natural Resources and the Department of Educa- tion, Culture and Sports. For this purpose, a five-year deve- lopment plan shall be submitted to the Office of the President oy the School Nead of the Aurora National Agricultural School within one year from the approval hereof, furnishing the Department of Environment and Natural Resources thru the Forest Management Bureau copies thereof.

4. The extraction and utilization of timber and other forest products remaining in the area shall be subject to the forest and Internal Revenue Laws and Regulations.

5. In the event that the area is no longer needed for Lhe purpose stated, or its development has already been abandoned for a period of two (2) years, this proclamation is automatically withdrawn, revoked or cancelled and tte subject area reverts to its original status as part and parcel of the forest land.
