BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 738

DECLARING MONDAY, 17 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINDOY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 17 June 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Bindoy, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 70" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bindoy be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate. in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 17 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bindoy, Province of Negros Oriental.
