DECLARING FRIDAY, 25 APRIL 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF BASILAN
WHEREAS, Friday, 25 April 2014, marks .the celebration of the 43! Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Isabela, Basilan;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela, Basilan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, |, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 25 April 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Basilan.
