NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Thilippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by boox 1, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 187, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 19, 1991, as a spenmial day in the Province of Benguet.
