BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 741

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 19 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LAOAG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 19 June 2019, Wednesday, the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laoag be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 19 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Laoag, Province of Ilocos Norte.
