PROCLAMATION NO. 741

DECLARING FRIDAY, 06 DECEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M’LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on Friday, 06 December 2024, the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato will celebrate the Kawayanan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M'lang be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 06 December 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M’lang, Province of Cotabato.
