BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 742

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 19, 1991, AS "PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR DAY" IN SURIGAO DEL SUR

WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 19, 1991, marks the 31st Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Surigao del Sur;

VHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Surigao del Sur desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this event in their province's history;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 19, 1991, as "Province of Surigao del Sur Day” in Surigao del Sur. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, | have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
