PROCLAMATION NO. 742

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2004 AS SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF AGOO, LA UNION

WHEREAS, Wednesday, December 8, 2004, marks the 426" Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Agoo, La Union be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Wednesday, December 8, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Agoo, La Union.
