BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 742

DECLARING THURSDAY, 20 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS

WHEREAS, on 20 June 2019, Thursday the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas, will mark the celebration of its 72™ Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be

given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 20 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa, Province of Batangas.
