MALACAN~ MAND..A BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 743 ESTABLISHING AS MILITARY MEMORIAL PARK AND MUSEUM OF THE 15TH INFANTRY USAFIP-NL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN LOCATED AT BARANGAY ANAO, MUNICIPALITY OF PIDDIG, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE, ISLAND OF LUZON Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by la\T, I, FIDEL V.RAMOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for a Military Memorial Park and Museum of the 15th Infantry USAFIP-NL, under the joint administration of the National Historical Institute; the Military Shrines Services of the Department of National Defense; the Veterans Association of the Philippines; in coordination with the Municipality of Piddig, Province of Ilocos Norte, subject to private rights, if any there be, and subject further to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, located at Bara,ngay Anao, Municipality of Piddig, Province of Ilocos Norte, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows: A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 36209-A, being a portion of Lot No. 36209, Cad. 657-D, Piddig Cadastre) located at Barangay Anao, Municipality of Piddig, Province of Ilocos Norte, Island of Luzon.
