BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 743

DECLARING THURSDAY, 20 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF DAGUPAN, PROVINCE OF PANGASINAN

WHEREAS, on 20 June 2019, Thursday, the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan, will mark the celebration of its 72" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Dagupan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Thursday, 20 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Dagupan, Province of Pangasinan.
