BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 744

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 739 DATED JUNE 16, 1991 DECLARING ADDITIONAL MUNICIPALITIES IN ZAMBALES, PAMPANGA AND BATAAN UNDER A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN VIEW OF THE CONTINUING AND THREATENING ERUPTIONS OF MT. PINATUBO TO INCLUDE THEREIN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF SAN ANTONIO AND SAN NARCISO OF ZAMBALES PROVINCE, THE MUNICIPALITIES OF LUBAO, GUAGUA, BACOLOR, SASMOAN, MINALIN AND STA. RITA OF PAMPANGA PROVINCE AND THE MUNICIPALITY OF CONCEPCION, TARLAC PROVINCE

WIIEREAS, the National Disaster Coordinating Council recommends the inclusion of the Municipalities of San Antonio and San Narciso of Zambales Province, the Municipalities of Lubao, Guagua, Bacolor, Sasmoan, Minalin and Sta. Rita of Pampanga Province and the Municipality of Concepcion of Tarlac Province under a state of public calamity due to the continuing activity of Mt. Pinatubo;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 739 dated June 16, 1991 declaring additional municipalities in Zambales, Pampanga and Bataan under a state of public calamity in view of the continuing and threatening eruptions of Mt. Pinatubo to include therein the Municipalities of San Antonio and San Narciso of Zambales Province, the Municipalities of Lubao, Guagua, Bacolor, Sasmoan, Minalin and Sta. Rita of Pampanga Province and the Municipality of Conception of Tarlac Province.
