BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 744

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR

WHEREAS, the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur will mark the celebration of its 50" Charter Anniversary on 22 June 2019;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Pagadian to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that Friday, 21 June 2019, be declared a special (non-working) day in lieu of 22 June 2019, which falls on a Saturday; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Pagadian be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Pagadian, Province of Zamboanga del Sur.
