BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 744

DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 18 DECEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TUGUEGARAO, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN

WHEREAS, on 18 December 2024, Wednesday, the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan will mark the celebration of its 25" Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tuguegarao be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Wednesday, 18 December 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Tuguegarao, Province of Cagayan.
