PROCLAMATION NO. 745

FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 739 DATED JUNE 16, 1991 DECLARING ADDITIONAL MUNICIPALITIES IN ZAMBALES, PAMPANGA AND BATAAN UNDER A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN VIEW OF THE CONTINUING AND THREATENING ERUPTIONS OF MT, PINATUBO TO INCLUDE THEREIN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF CANDELARIA, MASINLOC, PALAUIG, SANTA CRUZ, IBA AND SUBIC OF ZAMBALES PROVINCE, THE MUNICIPALITIES OF ORANI, HERMOSA AND MORONG OF BATAAN PROVINCE, AND ALL OTHER MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA WHICH HAVE NOT BEEN COVERED BY PREVIOUS PROCLAMATIONS

WHEREAS, the National Disaster Coordinating Council recommends the inclusion of the Municipalities of Candelaria, Masinloc, Palauig, Santa Cruz, Iba and Subic of Zambales Province, the Municipalities of Orani, Hermosa and Morong of Bataan Province, and all other Municipalities in the Province of Pampanga which have not been covered by previous proclamations under a state of public calamity ciue ta the continuing activity of Mt. Pinatubo;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby further amend Proclamation No. 739 dated June 16, 1991 declaring additional municipalities in Zambales, Pampanga and Bataan under a state of public calamity in view of the continuing and tireatening eruptions of Mt. Pinatubo to include therein the Municipalities of Candelaria, Masinioc, Palauig, Santa Cruz, Iba and Subic of Zambales Province, the Municipatitles of Orani, Hermosa and Morong of Bataan Province, and all other Municipalities in the Province of Pampanga which have not been covered by previous proclamations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
