BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES

PROCLAMATION NO. 746 DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 1, 1991, AS "CITY OF TAGBILARAN DAY"

WHEREAS, Monday, July 1, 1991, marks the Charter Anni- versary of the City of Tagbilaran;

WHEREAS, the residents of the City of Tagbilaran desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this event in their city's history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, July 1, 1991, as "City of Tagbilaran Day". The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, .| have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
