DECLARING THURSDAY, 14 AUGUST 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL NORTE
WHEREAS, the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Davao de! Norte marks the celebration of its creation to be known as the “Araw ng Sto. Tomas” on Thursday, 14 August 2014;
WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO I, do hereby deciare Thursday, 14 August 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Sto. Tomas, Davao del Norte.
