BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 746

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROSARIO, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 21 June 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Agusan del Sur, will mark the celebration of the Yagi-Yagi Festival of Native Cultural Heritage; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Rosario be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Rosario, Province of Agusan del Sur.
