PROCLAMATION NO. 746

DECLARING FRIDAY, 20 DECEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SIPALAY, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 20 December 2024, Friday, the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental will celebrate its 76° Founding Anniversary and the Pasaway Handurawan Festival;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Sipalay be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 20 December 2024, a special (non-working) day in the City of Sipalay, Province of Negros Occidental.
