RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE NEW ALBAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN NEW ALBAY, MARAGUSAN, COMPOSTELA VALLEY PROVINCE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserved for school site purposes of the New Albay Elementary School, under the administration of the Department of Education, (DepEd), a certain parcel of land of public domain situated in New Albay, Maragusan, Compostela Valley Province, Island of Mindanao, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the North, along line 3-4 by Lot No. 574-B (Lot No. 1204, Pis-633), Csd-11-006073-D; on the East, along line 4-5 by Lot No. 595; an the South along line 5-1 by Lot No. 598, along line 1-2 by Lot No. 579, all of Pls-633; and on the West along line 2-3 by Lot No. 574-B (Lot No. 1204, Pis-633) Csd-11-006073-D.
