BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 747

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAYUGAN, PROVINCE OF AGUSAN DEL SUR

WHEREAS, on 21 June 2019, Friday, the City of Bayugan, Province of Agusan del Sur, will mark the celebration of its 12" Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bayugan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bayugan, Province of Agusan del Sur.
