BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 748

DECLARING JULY 1, 1991 AS "ARAW NG DIPOLOG" IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG

WHEREAS, July 1, 1991 marks the declaration of Dipolog as a city;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Dipolog City be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare July 1, 1991 as "Araw ng Dipolog." This special day shall be a non-working day in Dipolog City,

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be

affixed.
