B\ THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 748 DECLARING THE MONTH OF JUNE, 1996 AS THE CEBU MONTH BUSINESS WHEREAS, the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the leading chamber committed at enabling the Cebu business community to meaningfully contribute to the economic, social, and political well-being of Cebuwill celebrate its 75th Anniversary on June 15, 1996; WHEREAS, there is a need to encourage greater participation in this month-long business event, dubbed as "Cebu Business Month"; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the month of June 1996 as Cebu Business Month.
