BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 748

RESERVING A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY OF SINGCANG, CITY OF BACOLOD, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL FOR SOCIALIZED HOUSING SITE PURPOSES UNDER THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN FOR DISPOSITION IN FAVOR OF THE QUALIFIED BENEFICIARIES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby reserve a certain parce! of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Singcang, City of Bacolod, Negros Occidental for socialized housing site purposes under the administration of the National Housing Authority (NHA), and declaring the same open for disposition in favor of the qualified beneficiaries in accordance with the provisions of RA 7279 otherwise known as the Urban Development and Housing Act, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to final survey, which parcels of land contain an area of THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE (13,333) square meters, more or less, more particularly described as follows:
