Proclamation No. 749, s. 1991 - Signed on June 28, 1991: Amending Proclamation No. 745 dated June 24, 1991 declaring the municipalities of Candelaria, Masinloc, Palauig, Santa Cruz, Iba and Subic of Zambales Province, the municipalities of Orani, Hermosa and Morong of Bataan Province, and all other municipalities in the province of Pampanga which have not been covered by previous proclamations to include therein the municipality of Samal, Bataan Province.
