FEBRUARY 27, 1996 AS A SPECI.\L DAY IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 27, 1996, marks the 57th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Genera.l Santos; WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of General Santos City be given full opportunity to celebrate this event with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, FIDEL V. RAMOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Book I, Chapter 7, Section 27, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 27, 1996 as a special day in General Santos City.
