RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF DIFFUN CENTRAL SCHOOL, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY AURORA EAST, MUNICIPALITY OF DIFFUN, PROVINCE OF QUIRINO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from entry, sale, disposition or settiement and reserve for school site purposes of Diffun Central School under the administration of the Department of Education (DepEd), subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of public domain situated at Barangay Aurora East, Municipality of Diffun, Province of Quirino, Island of Luzon, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 2, Ccs-2-08-000280-D

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 2, Ccs-2-08-000280-D as surveyed for Diffun Central School) situated in the Barrio of Aurora-East Rizal, Municipality of Diffun, Province of Quirino, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Municipal Street; on the NE., along line 2-3 by Lot No. 1, Ccs-2-08-000280-D; on the SE., along lines 3-4-5 by Municipal Street; on the SW., along lines 5-6-7; and on the NW and SW., along lines 7-8-9-10-1 all by Municipal Street.

Beginning at a point marked “1” of plan being N. 14 deg. 55° E, 2147.04 m.. from BLLM No. 106, Cad-211,
