MALACANAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 75 DECLARING SATURDAY. 12 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON- WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUMACA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON WHEREAS, Saturday, 12 November 2016, marks the Foundation Day of the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon; WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gumaca. Quezon be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Saturday, 12 November 2016. as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gumaca, Province of Quezon.
