BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 750

DECLARING MONDAY, 01 JULY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN CARLOS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

WHEREAS, on 01 July 2019, Monday, the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of San Carlos be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 01 July 2019, a special (non-working) day in the City of San Carlos, Province of Negros Occidental.
