BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 751

DECLARING MONDAY, 24 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF MASBATE

WHEREAS, on 24 June 2019, Monday, the Province of Masbate will mark the celebration of the Kasadyaan sa Dagat 2019 (Bagat Dagat Festival); and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Masbate be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies ;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 24 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Masbate.
