PROCLAMATION NO. 753

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE TABUK CENTRAL SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY POBLACION (NOW POBLACION WEST), MUNICIPALITY OF TABUK, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, 1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Tabuk Central School, under the administration of the Secretary, Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain, situated in Barangay Poblacion, (now Poblacion West), Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 1460, Pls-93), situated in the Municipality of Tabuk, Province of Kalinga-Apayao. Bounded on the N., along line 1-2 by Road, (15.00 m. wide); on the E., along line 2-3 by Provincial Road, (60.00 m. wide) on the S., line 3-4 by Road (15.00 m. wide); and on the W., along line 4-1 by Road (10.00 m. wide). Beginning at a point marked "1" of Lot No. 160, Pls-93, being N. 19-09 W., 286.92 m. from BLLM No. 37, Pls-93;

Thence S. 81-23 'E., 135.00 m. to point 2; S. 8-37 'W., 238.73 m. to point 3; N. 81-23 'W., 135.00 m, to point 4; N. 8-37 'E., 238.73 m. to point 1;

point of beginning. Containing an area of THIRTY TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN (32,227) SQUARE METERS. All points are marked on the ground by Pls. Cyl. Conc. Mons. Bearings true. This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder, by Antonio Pizarro, Public Land Surveyor, from May 4, 1939 to December 31, 1948 and approved on November 25, 1952.
