BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 753

DECLARING FRIDAY, 25 APRIL 2014, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, 19 April 2014 marks the celebration of the 16" Cityhood Anniversary of the City of Tarlac;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the City of Tarlac to celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Mayor requested that 25 April 2014 be declared as a special (non-working) day in lieu of 19 April 2014 which fails on Black Saturday;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, PAQUITO N. OCHOA JR., Executive Secretary, by authority of His Excellency, BENIGNO S. AQUINO Ill, do hereby declare Friday, 25 April 2014, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Tarlac.
