BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 753

DECLARING FRIDAY, 21 JUNE 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINGAWAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO

WHEREAS, on 21 June 2019, Friday, the Municipality of Bingawan, Province of lloilo, will mark the celebration of its Founding Anniversary and the Pagnahi-an Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Bingawan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, |, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 21 June 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Bingawan, Province of Iloilo.
