BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 754

DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 11, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALENZUELA, METRO MANILA

WHEREAS, Thursday, July 11, 1991, marks the 3lst Charter Anniversary of the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the Municipality of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to . celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I, of the Revised Administra- tive Code of 1987, do hereby declare Thursday, July 11, 1991, as a special day in the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be afixed. *
