BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES PROCLAMATION NO. 755

DECLARING MONDAY, 01 JULY 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC

WHEREAS, on 01 July 2019, Monday, the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac, will mark the celebration of its 144'" Founding Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Moncada be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 01 July 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Province of Tarlac.
