PROCLAMATION NO. 756 .

WHEREAS, the National Disaster Coordinating Council (NDaC)

nends the declaration of a state of public calamity in the afore- toned provinces in Region 11 in view of the adverse effects of

WHEREAS, declaration of a state of public calamity in the above Binentioned provinces will enable the response inember-agencies to extend , assistance to the fanmers am their dependents through the implementa- tion of rehabilitation, relief and Livelihood programs by the concerned yopartnente and other cooperating/implementing agencies.

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, (ORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philip- pines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare

• a state of public calamity in the provinces of Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva

' Vizeaya and Quirino.

All departments and other goverment agencies concermed are hereby directed to implement and] execute retief and rehabilitation work in accordance with existing operational plans and directives and orders issued in conpection with calamities:
